GC Services Limited Partnership Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action December 4, 2015 - Had to check any box above because none pertained to my online experience complaint. See below : I need to file a complaint to the correct agency regarding - GC Services Ltd Partnership located in - CA. When trying to pay monthly agreed amount, I was forced to fill out amnesty form before continuing to make payment. Amnesty form contained answers that I did not agree to, but was autofilled by their software before I can leave page.
