I am the mother ( third party ) that pays the debt my daughter owes on her unpaid -. I authorized a payment in the amount of $200.00 to GC Services LLC on - - 2016 toward my daughter 's debt of $460.00. I filed a - complaint against GC Services for their lack of professionalism, customer service, and delays in processing the payment. I spoke with- -, Chief Compliance Officer & Legal Counsel for GC Services on - - 2016 regarding the non-processing of the $200.00 payment to -. I spoke with - on - - 2016 and was informed the GC Services never processed the payment to -. - - and GC Services staff ( - -, - -, - -, - - ) all claim the payment was processed in a timely manner. GC Services is upset with my handling of the situation and refuses to process my daughter 's payment. This is a violation of my daughter 's right to have her driver license reinstated. My - complaint was resolved because I believed the payment was processed at the time. After speaking with -, I requested the - reopen my case ( - ).
