Continental Finance Company, LLC Prepaid card unauthorized transactions/trans. issues January 20, 2016 - I closed out the account back in - 2015 and have since then requested to receive paper statements until account is fully paid in full. Every time I contact the company to inquire about statements or make a payment I am assured that a request is being placed and I should receive within a few weeks. I have been making payments as required by the due date but still have not received any statements and do not know what I am being charged.
