Ditech Financial LLC Bank account or service making/receiving payments, sending money November 18, 2015 - Ditech Mortgage held my personal mortgage check ( mailed out the end of -, 2015, for the - -, 2015 mortgage payment ). On -/-/15, when I called and they were unhelpful and clueless when I told them I mailed it in and transferred me to different people in customer service to keep telling my story over & over again.
