July 5, 2016 - We have had a Home Equity Line of Credit ( HELOC ) in good standing with First Tennessee Bank since -. We just received a notice from them stating that " The draw period for our HELOC ends on - -, -. '' After calling them, we were told the HELOC is being discontinued because of their rule change - nothing we did or agreed to ever mentioned an end to the draw period.
