I 'm writing a complaint in regards to First Tennessee Bank ( FTB ) not being able to assist me with the annuities I purchased from FTB. Since, I had not been receiving all of my statements in the mail, I went to FTB to advise them that I had not received my statements. I have only received one statement from - and was requesting my other statements as well. I was told to contact - -, a Financial Specialist with FTB who could see whom my investments were with. - called - and stated that I only had - annuity with - and not -. She stated one was with - and the other was with -. Also, she told me before - I was originally with -, then it changed hands with -, and last with -. Additionally, she said that - dropped my - annuity. I told -, FTBs records show - annuities and it has been reflecting that for over twenty years.
There are - IRA 's with - and the account numbers. An example of these account numbers with - are the following - and -, and third account with - and account number is -. I called -, the Financial Specialist back to inform her what the brokerage side said. She repeated, - only has - annuity and had dropped the other -. She told me to call -. I told her I took out these IRA 's with First Tennessee Bank not -. She said it has not been dropped on the bank side yet and I had to prove I have - IRA 's with - although the bank records show that I have -. I told her again these accounts were over twenty years old and I can not find the papers. I have received only - statement from -. It has been several weeks and I have not received statements from the companies that First Tennessee Bank invested my money with. I only have proof of my annuities from the print out obtained from First Tennessee Bank. I have attached these documents for your reference. Also, these annuities have been reflecting on FTB records for over twenty years. That should be proof enough. Let me know if you require any clarification. Thanks for your help.
