Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received January 21, 2016 - Kay Jewlers are reporting information in my name to the credit reporting agency - without ever sending me any type of communication that a debt was to be paid or owed to them i was a victim of fraud never even knew this account existed intill seeing it reported to my credit report when i reached out to the collection company they told me the company was out of business and that they didnt have any information for me or about any money that was owed.
