They have incorrect address and incorrect contract dates. I had completed 2 years of the initial contract, after which it goes in to month-by-month contract. I terminated after nearly 2 years and 4 months. However Debt Collection Company claims there is a termination fee because it automatically renews the contract. I advised them that I had told - - - that I would pay the account off in full when I received my income tax in - and that since they had the account now that I would do the same. I made several $25.00 payments to them and did pay the account off, the agreed amount with my income tax.
