I did not open any letters indicating that I had an account with this company. Recently my daughter died - on - -, 2015. I had incurred many medical bills from my daughter while she was alive and for 4 months both my wife and I did not have any income, which enabled us to care for our daughter. AMCA violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act in several ways. AMCA did not give me notice of my right to dispute the debt. AMCA did not give me enough information to verify the debt. AMCA refused to provide me with the address of the original claimant when I requested it. I do not wish to do business with the company concerning my Medical debt and they can return my records back to the Dr Office this is a HIPPA ACT violation. I understand that a contract exists between me and the 1st party, but what obligation do I have at all to these everchanging array of 3rd parties?
