While attempting to make the first - payments online and over the phone the aforementioned lender had major difficulty processing a credit card payment. It literally took - phone calls for - payment to be processed. Several days after going through similar issues with the second payment, I received several calls and voice messages the week of - - from American Credit Acceptance. I returned the call just to be told by one of their reps... |
