October 7, 2015 - I took out a loan with Loan Me.Com. at the time I took out the loan the payments were set for 4 years at $350.00 per month automatic deduction from my bank account. When I called them to find out the payoff balance, the amount I was told was greater than the amount I originally borrowed. I have been paying on this loan for a year and have paid a total of $3800.00. They told me the payoff would be - the interest rate is 135 %. I am wondering if companies can do this legally and what options do I have. ...
