Capital One Debt collection false statements or representation impersonated an attorney or official December 15, 2015 - I have been paying this collection agency whose address is -. -, - - - in -, - because of a Capital One Bank credit card account. First last year they started calling my sister and making harassment calls threatening deportation and legal action. So I decided to call back and they told me that they were - - - and they were collecting my Capital One account. I made payment arrangements with them every month and my bank sends this electronically to them. My last payment will be in - -, 2015. I am concerned because the address is not in -, - but a - -... |
