Fidelity Capital Holdings, Inc. Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report account status November 30, 2015 - A derogatory collection account was made on my credit report after original creditor confirmed my insurance company HAD NOT cancelled my policy and they just forgot to bill them. I was told there would be NO collection action or derogatory marks on my credit report yet I now have a delinquent account. I have called Fidelity multiple times to try and get someone to help but they continuously transfer me to OTHER CONSUMERS by accident. The most recent time this happened was TODAY when I was transferred to another consumer named - - who had also been trying to resolve a matter with Fidelity... |
