First Advantage Corporation Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report account status June 11, 2015 - I would like to inform you that - - - went to court and filed a civil suit and got an Abstract Judgment behind my back without sending me any affidavit or letters before and after court. I found out about this judgment on my credit report a few days ago and was shock to find out that the - account that - sued me for is paid and closed since -, 2008, almost - years ago. I never receive any notification about court neither in person nor in writing and they do that deliberately by not advising customers about court case so that way they could fool the judge with their scam an... |
