Incorrect information on credit report Account status Florida

I would like to inform you that - - - went to court and filed a civil suit and got an Abstract Judgment behind my back without sending me any affidavit or letters before and after court. I found out about this judgment on my credit report a few days ago and was shock to find out that the - account that - sued me for is paid and closed since -, 2008, almost - years ago. I never receive any notification about court neither in person nor in writing and they do that deliberately by not advising customers about court case so that way they could fool the judge with their scam and win the case when the case when there are no defendants present and that is fraud filing false civil cases against customers who have a $0.00 balance on their account. I never take out any revolving accounts once they are closed so any revolving charges are fraudulent and done by someone who has access to my personal information. Please investigate - - because I do not believe they are legitimate or their practices are wrong and misrepresentation. They deliberately file cases behind customers back or not notifying customers about court hearing so they can bribe the judge and win without proof of account transferred to them or they bought it but still never send me a judgment after court either. They are scammers.
