I sent a dispute notice for validation of debt in - 2016 but never received response. They failed to send me validation of this debt. I was unfamiliar with the balance due and the dates listed as delinquency so I demanded statements showing my balance due and my failure to pay the alleged debt. I requested a cease of collection activity until that information was furnished. After receiving my initial request, the company stopped reporting the information.
