Who 's is this. He said, - from ... '' and slurred where he was calling from. I had to ask him to repeat where he was calling from and he said Stellar recovery ''. I had to ask what is stellar recovery and he said it was a collection agency and that he did not want to disclose any more information about it. I said, Well I do not want to disclose my personal information to somebody I have no idea what it is. He said, I will document this '' and then he hung up. i feel harassed, just because i dont want to give up my personal information to someone who refuses to tell me why they are calling who they are who they represent or what debt i owe, I 'm somehow being reprehended by receiving a negative documentation.
