I contacted - and they investigated the dates and basically they decided to remove the account from my credit report. The debt was originally acquired from - mobile company. Convergent collections company refuses to send me a bill with an account number via mail or email so that I can pay the debt. Every time I would call one rep even told me I would have to wait. I was like wait to close an account that I want closed now this is ridiculous. I placed another call and was told to wait until my billing cycle ended. I have disputed the collection with the credit bureaus more than - with them being deleted due to no verification. I have made it very clear that the charges are not a valid amount and based on the current FTC cramming case, there is obvious proof that the collection balance is invalid.
