I have contacted Convergent debt collection company on my own to resolve a debt that I noticed on my credit report. The debt was originally acquired from - mobile company. Convergent collections company refuses to send me a bill with an account number via mail or email so that I can pay the debt. I have called more than three times a week - - -. I have spoken to the supervisor on - occasion who assured me everything would be handled correctly, and still nothing. I do n't know what else I need to do to get this company to send me a legit bill so I can pay the debt. I am also nervous that if I do send money, they will not properly process it and the debt will remain current.
