Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect October 30, 2016 - On or about -/-/2016 I contacted the - CRA requesting verifiable information of several negative events that are being reported on my credit file with this organization. The CRA never addressed my concerns in the letter and I would like these items deleted from my file immediately. The CRA are violating my rights pursuant to " 15 U.S. Code 1681g - Disclosures to consumers requires CRA 's to disclose the sources of information regarding the negative events that are being reported by your agency upon request by the consumer.
