This company, - -, contacted my husband - - on - -, -/-/2014. The representatives name was - -. She did not state that this was an attempt to collect and a debt nor did she verify she was actually speaking with the proper person. He told her to speak to me and handed me the phone. Again she did not inform me that this was an attempt to collect a debt, or that the call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, etc. She stated my husband owed almost $4000.00 for damages to - housing that we had moved out of over 9 months... |
