Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect January 3, 2017 - I had to verify my address even after being asked if they were speaking to me on the phone. I told her who she was talking to, but she insisted I needed to verify my address, date of birth or last - digits of my social security number. After I did all of that it is then when she disclosed what the call was about.... |
