November 26, 2015 - My loan servicer is Navient. Not only are the not helpful but they refuse to lower my interest rates which have risen to nearly 10 %! They are a scam. No where in my contract did I ever sign up for interest rates that high - and that is not all. The amount of money that I originally borrowed ( I have private loans ) is significantly lower than the current amount I owe - mostly from interest accruing while I was in school.
