Sterling Jewelers Inc. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid July 10, 2015 - In - I opened a Kay Jewelers Account to finance wedding rings. I fell behind in payments and made arrangements through Kay to auto-deduct $35.00 every two weeks from my bank account. The deductions continued for a little over a year and stopped ; not by any act of my own so I assumed the debt was paid. I was contacted approximately 6 months after the last deduction by Kay who stated I owed approximately $600.00. I told them I disputed the debt and continued to receive notices and phone calls for another month ; all of this occurred from - to - or -. I then received a phone call... |
