Loan To Learn Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer having problems with customer service May 9, 2016 - In -/-/- wife and I filed bankruptcy trying to help my mom when in the hospital Moved to - for new job and finished paying bankruptcy -/-/- -- EduCap garnished my wages to where I could n't afford my mortgage and have to file bankruptcy again. Now I have a lien on my house and I can not sell my house because of a new job waiting for me in -. I would like to work with EduCap to settle my debt but they wo n't even talk to my bankruptcy lawyer.
