In -/-/- wife and I filed bankruptcy trying to help my mom when in the hospital Moved to - for new job and finished paying bankruptcy -/-/- -- EduCap garnished my wages to where I could n't afford my mortgage and have to file bankruptcy again. Now I have a lien on my house and I can not sell my house because of a new job waiting for me in -. I would like to work with EduCap to settle my debt but they wo n't even talk to my bankruptcy lawyer. I 'm not trying to get out of paying my debt but I am asking for help so that I can pay EduCap off as soon as possible. If I ca n't sell my house I will have to forclose and I 'm trying not to go there It would be better for me to sell my house and give EduCap any profit I make on the sale. All I 'm asking is to work with me so we both can move on with life. Thank you for any help and support you can provide.
