Credit Central Holdings, LLC Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language November 17, 2015 - I contacted the lender, Credit Central in -, SC, because I am past due on my account and wanted to let them know I would be in today to pay on my loan in the amount of $71.00. I received an angry letter on my door the day prior and wanted to work towards catching up my loan. I asked for -, a man who I assume is the manager. He has left multiple aggressive messages on my phone. When I told him my name his first words were " Hey -, do I have to come out there and choke you? '' I asked him not to say that and nervously laughed. He just said " Ok. '' I explained what I could pay today. ... |
