- uses abusive language in the way they attempt to collect a debt. They are very aggressive and intimidating in their manner. They need the money NOW and insist on getting your banking information before they send you written acknowledgement of your arrangement. They have REFUSED to send me a written acknowledgement of our arrangement and they said it was due to an " open complaint ''. I stated that my complaint had nothing to do with our arrangement and that I was entitled to file a complaint every time they were nasty to me and I would continue to do so until they changed therir tactics. I have called repeatedly to resolve this matter and they simply REFUSE because I filed a complaint that I am legally entitled to do. Regardless the issue is their REFUSAL to send me written acknowledgement of our agreement and the AGGRESSIVE MANNER in which they INSIST on attaining my banking information before issuing a written agreement. They are RUDE AND NASTY and someone needs to stop them. They can not force me to give bank information without a written agreement and they can not withhold such agreement as a way to harass me for filing a complaint.
