Synchrony Financial Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language February 15, 2017 - I was speaking to a manager named " - '' he was ok to talk to and when I called to speak with him to pay it off as it was a pay to delete the woman on the other end of the phone who was the " manager '' on duty she told me to go - myself and other prophanity they do not pay to delete. I was promised over a recorded line they would delete this and it would not affect my credit score.... |
Synchrony Financial Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language January 20, 2017 - - uses abusive language in the way they attempt to collect a debt. They are very aggressive and intimidating in their manner. They need the money NOW and insist on getting your banking information before they send you written acknowledgement of your arrangement. They have REFUSED to send me a written acknowledgement of our arrangement and they said it was due to an " open complaint ''. I stated that my complaint had nothing to do with our arrangement and that I was entitled to file a complaint every time they were nasty to me and I would continue to do so until they changed therir tactics. ... |
