Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Virginia

I have had issues creating a bank account in the past year due to a " mixed match '' social security number and had to bring in my social security card to verify my identity. I can not log onto Experian.com or AnnualCreditReport.com to verify my identity with my name, address, and social security number. Therefore, I can not access any credit reports to see if there are any discrepancies. However, when I tried applying for medical assistance and put in my mother 's name and address with my social security number, the identity was " verified. ''
