Experian Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Minnesota

- has a partnership with Experian. They have a credit score on my landing page that says its mine. It was -, so i went ahead and applied for a car loan. They turned me down. They told me they dont use that score but pull from Experian and -. They suggested i pull the report from them, so i did and Experian is - points lower. When i called to ask why no one would say, they said there is - negative report, and to dispute it. I did and every since than my score has been going down daily, yet when i call they wo n't answer why even though i have a subscription with them. They refuse and either transfer me or tell me to call - Its - deragatory payment that is not correct. I ca n't get anyone to help me. My credit score has dropped daily since i started to ask why ...
