Experian Credit Reporting Complaint

Experian Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score New Jersey

I have tried to retrieve my credit report from Experian online. I am unable. I am requested to write in for it. I tried to call to find out why but I can not find a number to actually speak with someone. I finally received my report and have tried to file a dispute and again I am being asked to send in for a credit report which I already have. I have not had the problem with - and -, only Experian. Any assistance would be appreciated.
