I am filing another complaint on behalf of my son. The original complain is Case number : -. We were over 2 months behind on my son 's student loans due to the fact that Discover was asking for over - % of his salary. We were paying what we could but Discover never recoginized it unless it was the full payment. I called and setup a plan with Discover to divide a $2400.00 dollar payment into three equal payments and with each payment, it would reduce the days late by 30 days until it was paid out. We made our last of the - installments on -/-/-. The system still shows 57 days late and they havent sent the appropiate information to the credit bureaus. They say they didnt say it would reduce the days late by 30 days but I know they did. Just ask for the recordings of our calls. I would like an answer and I would like them to do what they agree to.
