Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Keep getting calls about my loan Arizona

I was making my student loan payments on time. My Father passed in -/-/-. I notified Navient that my Father passed. I was in good standing with Navient. Upon hearing of my Father 's passing from me. Navient transferred my loan to a Collection Agency called -. I made another call to Navient, asking them why my loan was transferred to -. The Navient Representatives ( I talked to several CSR 's ) did not know why my loan was transferred, when they could see I made my payments, and said they can see in my account that my payments were on time. I called -, and they said, I have no rights to talk to them about the Private Student Loan. And would not discuss the Private Student Loan with me. They sent a demand to the Estate Lawyer that they are collecting from my Father 's Estate. NAVIENT has been reporting to the credit agencies that I am late, They have now reported that I am in default.. I have been handed over to - for full collection of the loan. During this past year, I have contacted Navient, and they would only say, that they would


was owed on the loan to begin with. With an open Estate the Courts rules " the personal representative should not pay any claims until after the time for filing claims has expired '' Furthermore, a " Notice of Rejection '' was sent to - 's and they did not respond to the notice by the date specified in the notice to creditors, and according to Estate Court rules, Navient is forever barred from collecting the debt.
