In reference to case number -, you have closed the case although BBT gives me the run around and does not answer to charging $36.00 per item when I opted out of the overdraft protection. In my view, you did a poor job. I did not report this to you so that you can compile statistics, I had hoped to get redress from the bank for abusive practices.
