BB&T Financial Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Virginia

I had been checking balances for - of my checking accounts with BB & T and was charged - over draft fees when there was still money in my account. After speaking with customer support and a branch manager, they were unable to describe to me the nature of the over-draft fees and why the math for these fees did not add up to the amount that is now posted in my account.
