BB&T Financial Mortgage Complaint

I recently submitted a complaint in regards to late payments reported on my credit after a - modification. I have since received notification the late payments would be removed which we are thankful for. Now I check my credit and the BB & T mortgage which should be our current mortgage provider is now marked as closed and the late payments are still showing. The - mortgage has been closed and the late payments removed-this is accurate. Then there is a - - Mortgage showing Open-Current, but also has the late payments. Can you assist me with fixing this. thank you
