FHA mortgage Settlement process and costs New Jersey

I submitted a complaint for the third time and it appears that JP Morgan Chase is not working on resolving this issue with me. I purchased my home in - and I never refinanced my property. JP. Morgan Chase faxed over this - what appears to be a new mortgage loan with my name forged on the HUD 1 which is government fraud, and the entire loan application. I am trying to discuss this in a professional manner in hopes that they will resolve this issue with me, but I have not gotten any results as of yet. I contacted the prosecutors office in - nj and was informed to contact the local police and make a formal criminal complaint due to the forging of my name. I am reporting this again in the hopes that this will be resolved. I am also looking to contact the news and inform the public that this crisis with the mortgages in the United States appears to continue.
