Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Arizona

On -/-/2016 my account had an ending balance ( posted ) of $8.00, and BBVA charged me an overdraft fee of $38.00, even though my posted balance was n't negative. The bank is charging me an overdraft fee due to a hold on my account, not the posted balance as they are supposed to.
