Hi, I opened an account towards -/-/- with Santander with a promotion code for $150.00 after fulfilling certain requirements. I completed that and now they are saying I ca n't get the promotion since I did n't open it online but I did. When they called they said they would call back with more information, but no calls. Please can you help.
