I completed a cosigner release form, this was the second time I completed this form in two-years. I supplied Navient with all the required information needed for the cosigner to be released. In turn, they denied my release based on my sole income, stating that I do not make enough annually. However, I included my spouse 's information ; passport and pay stub, as our total household yearly sum, which is more than enough to pay the loan monthly as I have been for the 12- consecutive months that they requested on the cosigner release form. I work part-time and I 'm a mother So I 'm not sure why Navient will not consider my spouse 's income as additional support for these payments. My time, money and effort have went into this without satisfaction and I did not end up with the results that I expected. All I want is for my cosigner to be released as I believed he would be if I completed and sent Navient all the valid and requested information. Please help!!
