Hello, I have had a student loan open with Discover since -/-/-. I have been making payments on this loan since I graduated from - in -/-/-. Unfortunately, I had a lapse in payments in the middle of last year because Discover was demanding that I pay more that I could afford. I called and set up a payment plan over the phone and have been making payments of $250.00 for the past 9 months. That said, none of this information has been made available to me by Discover. I can not access any statements online, and Discover has kept no record of my payments there either. When I checked my credit report, I noticed that Discover has claimed that my monthly payment is far lower than it actually is. They claim that I am paying $110.00 per month when I am in fact paying the aforementioned $250.00. This means that I have no idea how my amount owed has been affected, nor am I able to see the status of my loan. Please help! -
