Navient and - - have robbed my family and I blind of any future we have from my time at the - -. Not only did the school and the service provider lie about the loans we took out, and options we were offered and told to repay, we have substantial evidence the school has : - Double charged us and pocketed the money - Received kick backs of money in large checks that were never used for my education, but were charged for. - Tampering of student loan paper work - Withholding of information that proves their guilt after 5 years or non stop requests for info. - Consistent deflection of answers that question the proof of the amounts owed when proven wrong.


- Refusing to speak with my mother about her or my loans even though we share the loans, just to deflect questions, and to give us different answers to the each of us to cause confusion - Refusal to deal with the issue over double charges and new excuses every time they are asked about it. - No consolidation of loans when promised during school - Numbers that do n't match what Navient/- - says is owed from our paperwork - Consistent misdirection by giving us false addresses to send our paperwork too, and giving us false numbers to push us away from solving issues - Harassment of payments long paid and genuine rudeness when questioned - People refusing to help any further after errors were found to avoid being singled out from doing their job in error. - Blatent withholding of important paperwork for years of time passed that would incriminate them - Emails of them contradicting themselves and proof of misdirection in correspondence. - Years of conversations cataloged in their system trying to resolve the issues.
