My complaint is against Navient. I was co-signer on my daughters college loan from - - in 2003, my father was the primary borrower. I have been paying this loan on time since my daughter started college. - - sold to Navient and now I am being harassed for missing payments and late charges. I have faxed bank statements showing every monthly payment that is made through my bank. My father and daughter have since passed away but I still continue to pay this loan. Every month I receive a letter and when I call I get a different answer each time I have asked them to stop harassing me as it upsets me considering my daughter and fathers passing but they continue to call and send letters. I can not afford an attorney to stop this from happening and do not know what else I can do. They are now threatening to send this to the credit bureau. I would appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you
