Experian Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Alaska

Experian refuses to provide a live person to assist with purchase of credit report over the phone. I am visually impaired and their online webpage forces consumers into recurring billing platforms. I do not want this. I called and was told I would have to use automated system. I placed a fraud alert on my account and still these agencies are causing me continued stress and unnecessary high interest with their alleged scoring platforms and duplicate inquiries on my credit report. These companies are continually destroying the - economy. what is the CFPB going to do to fix all these problems and restore American confidences?
