I co-signed - loans through - - ( now Navient ) for my son, who is still in college. All - loans are in deferral I was told I needed to pay interest on - loan, which I have done. Two weeks ago, after numerous calls from Navient, I was told I was four months behind in payments and that I was responsible for paying on - of the loans. I have made arrangements to take care of this. When I asked about credit reporting I was told if it is a problem, to write a letter and explain that I had been told to pay on - loan and they would see what they could do. I have found Navient to be an entity that gives a different answer in each conversation, not correct what they say they will the first time and harass with incessant phone calls during work hour until - - everyday, including Sundays.Now I am concerned about my credit score because of their inefficiency. They have also harassed my son in the same way. Please help.
