Navient is repeatedly contacting my uncle, aunt, cousin, and mother regarding my private loan debt. Per the FDCPA laws, debt collectors may only contact a 3rd party once ( which they have violated because they are calling above-named parties every week ) and they may NOT contact the 3rd party if they know how to reach the holder of the debt ( which they do, because they call me 4 times per day, 7 days per week ).
