Chase has sent me a notice of accelerated action taken against myself and my father for -. I have received ZERO statements from - informing me of my current balance for two months and when the extended modification agreement was entered into I was specifically told that a forbearance would be applied to past due loan. This is the first letter i received and I obviously can not pay - in full.
