Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Keep getting calls about my loan Minnesota

My son and I continued to be call by a Navient auto-dialer about every three hours on our mobile phones.We have both spoken to an actual Navient representative last week and yesterday about the situation. My son is current with his payments. I even made an extra payment on his account. They have been made aware of the problem yet we continue to get auto calls about our payment being late. I started getting them at my work number today. I 've had enough! How can we make them stop?
