Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Keep getting calls about my loan New Jersey

Navient has been calling both my father and myself non stop both at work and on my personal line. They continued to cal my sister at school and ask her for personal information about me without revealing who they are calling on behalf of. This is beginning to border on harrasment. They now have sent a letter stating that they are sending my account to their litigation for review unless I respond within a week. So far they have been asking for over $500.00 a month in payment.
